Oba David Olajide Okunato, The Iresi of Osi Kick-start 3 Capital Projects at the wake of 2019. The projects include:
1. An Industrial
2. A 500KVA Transformer
3. Bridge

The industry, Lumintech Nigeria was expected to employ about 50 indigents of the Town and other neighboring town. He completed the project in May and expected to commission it soon. Website is http://lumintechs.com

Due to epileptic nature of electricity supply in the Town, he bought a 500KVA Transformer to boost electricity supply in the Town. The project which cost him over 10m Naira is expected to be completed by 30th of June and commissioned later.

The main road to the town needs 2 major bridges. He started one of the bridges in February this year, which is expected to be completed soon. Each of the bridges is expected to cost 4m Naira.

He did all these without the contribution of government (Federal, State, and Local). He also suggested that Government projects will be easier to complete and properly executed if community projects are handed over to Traditional Rulers for execution and monitoring.
