Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha CON, will swear-in the Chairman and Commissioners of the Imo State Independent Electoral Commission (ISIEC), as well as inaugurate the Board of the Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (ISOPADEC).
