You need to understand that you can't take any action against them if they are operating in a mixed use zone. Go to the Physical Planning department in Lagos State for further enquiry on that.

You can sue them for public and/or private nuisance. You can also report to the appropriate government agency. Send me a DM on IG @fredogunduandco let's discuss these options
