OBA Meets 18 PDP LGA Chairmen For Possible Synergy

Otunba Bamidele Akingboye (OBA), leading gubernatorial aspirant of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), met with the 18 Local Government chairmen of the party at his residence yesterday, July 14, 2019.

The meeting was to further sell his tranformation agenda with a view to partnering with them on the OBA 2020 project and the development of the party.

Akingboye intimated them of his readiness to take the sunshine state to an enviable height, took them on the memory lane of his political sojourn and as well unveil the economic potentials in Ondo State and how it could be maximized to the benefit of all.

In his remark, the leader of the delegation, Prof. Oluyemisi Akinyemiju, appreciated the party leaders and belauded their strategic positioning to ensure the emergence of the best candidate at the primaries.

The university Don and elder statesman enjoined them to put sentiments aside and pool their clout behind Otunba Akingboye in order to rescue Ondo State from its current shambles even as he thanked them for honouring the invitation.
