A three-storey building under construction in Abraka, Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State has reportedly collapsed, Igbere TV reports. Four workers have been reportedly killed in the collapse while scores are said to be trapped in the debris. Reports say the building caved in during a downpour on Saturday morning. Sources said the victims were in the building waiting for the rain to subside to begin work when a section of the building fell. An unconfirmed number of persons escaped before the fall. On a serious note this is not Buhari as some myopic brains will think. It's the low standard practice we have in this country as well as greed and sometime pressure from the owners of the structures at the expense of the innocent ones.
