Fresh photos obtained by Igbere TV shows the Former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, running for his dear life after suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) attacked him at a function in Nuremberg, Germany on Saturday, August 17th.

Igbere TV reports that Ekweremadu took to his heels on noticing that the IPOB members were keen on beating him up after they forcefully took off his traditional cap. They also attacked the popular lawmaker with eggs.

The attack has since been condemned by the Nigerian Government.

The Biafran agitators want the killings and the rapes stopped, whether it is been done by Fulani, Igbos or Chinese. Nothing is been done to stop it. But if unarmed Biafran protesters wave flag, all the python dancers in the world will jump out. IPOB is not a violent group, what happensd with Ekweremadu was more of harassment than violence and it is a rare thing with IPOB. When you talk about a violent group it is those who are armed and killing people daily such as Boko Haram, Herdsmen and Niger Delta militants cultists. Not IPOB who may harass someone once in a blue moon.
