The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is set to distribute Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to electorates in Kogi and Bayelsa States, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV had reported that the governorship election in both states will hold in November, this year, while party primaries is expected latest September.

In a statement obtained by Igbere TV and issued by INEC, the Commission said the distribution will commence Sept. 2, to Sept. 30, 2019 between 9.00a.m to 3.00 p.m. (Monday to Friday).
