Well, when we break from Nigeria, we will create a more suitable policy that's quite different from the type of national overall federal systematic governance and fedral public ownership Nigerian is operating

Every Biafran province will operate on a limited ownership and leadership governance, they will live by their own resources and have private ownership of their own resources, and develop their own regions with their resources
