Here in Delta State, there are towns that the people have abandoned their farm due to constant attacks in their farms by herdsmen.
Don't sit in Abeokuta and shout "I go to farm and return everyday ". Go to Obuluku in Delta State and see how herdsmen have taken over their lands.

It will be the best for the country if properly followed, monitored and executed with everyone playing their role without leaving any work undone.
