The guardians are to be blamed for the 3yrs old girl. how/why did they not monitor her movement in this weather and location? Nobody should come and blame government here cos we the masses tend to bring problems to ourselves with our own hands.

In this country we/the government will see the roads bad and the drainage system blocked or dangerously opened or exposed and and do nothing until the rains come and it creates havoc, then it goes on social media b4 the state or local governments “might” act.

This idiaraba issues has bn like dat for years, government are not doing anything to it, even LUTH and COLLEGE OF MEDICINE are not trying at all. At the front of the two gates college of medicine and LUTH we use to take a bike to cross the road to the other side. D water hs spoi every where. All dis Hausa people contributed to it too. Useless government.
