The state chairman of the Labour party in Rivers state Prince Reuben has given the executive governor of River state Barr Nyesom Wike 7 days to properly constitute his cabinet or face a mass protest. He noted that four months down the line, the Rivers state governor has failed to form a cabinet which is essential for development to kick off across the state. While assuring of his party’s support for the administration of Nyesom Wike he declared that his party has given the governor only 7 days to form a cabinet or they will mobi9lize a mass protest against him. They are following Buhari antecedent. Formerly no Governor stays above 3months without constituting his or her cabinet because of fear of the judiciary and the president but now it is all comers affair. |
