Most ladies thinks their pot of honey should be their source of money. On the other hand guys think that ladies and their pot of honey could make them money. The obvious cause of recent killings of ladies in Port Harcourt is as a result of three things.

1. Materialistic nature of ladies (pot of honey)
2. Desperate desire of guys to live and dwell in wealth by all means possible.
3. Most mother or rather parents have failed in their duties. Most Nigerian mother's encourage their daughters in their act of prostitution as a result of poverty. They see no wrong in RUNS as far as they keep getting tips and gifts from their beloved daughters.

As long as life is involved, every hypocritical religious or moral sentiments, must be thrown into the thrash.

It is not about stopping prostitution or not, it is about getting the killer/killers out of society where sane humans are living.

If all women stop going to hotels, it doesn't take the killer out of society. He/she will still be living within us, we all will still be at his/her mercy and he/she might become more emboldened and decide to up the ante by going after men or even children too.

I bet if that killer were your neighbour and you found out he kills ONLY women, you would still panick and flee from that compound despite the fact that you're a man.

No one, not even a prostitute deserves to be killed gruesomely.

The collective responsibility is to get that senile human/humans out of society and where they can't harm anyone.

[quote author=Upritman post=82342419]Information Parrot Nigeria

A group of angry women have taken to the streets of Portharcourt to protest against the continuous killing of young ladies in several hotels in the Rivers State capital.

The protest which is currently ongoing is organised by Women in Rotary - Portharcourt South in partnership with Rotary Clubs in Portharcourt and other organisations.

Places visited by the protesting women dressed in black clothes include the Rivers State Government House, The Rivers State House of Assembly, The State Office of the Department of State Services, DSS and the State Headquarters of the Nigeria Police among others.

The women are demanding a stop to the senseless killings and the arrest and prosecution of the serial killer(s).

Information Parrot Nigeria recalls that about eight (cool young ladies have been reportedly killed in similar ways by yet to identified killers in various hotels in Portharcourt in less than two months.

Meaning all of them are in the practice of hotel visitations with strange men. Otherwise they would be busy counselling ladies on the ills of hotel gallivanting

So when will they protest against prostitution in ph?

Protest all you want, if you can't caution your daughters against hanging out with strangers, the trend remains as this is not by any means the fault of the govt.

If police stop a car at night to make some enquiries, it is those oloshos that will be first shouting intruding into privacy, so that's the free society you so much desired, live with it.

Result of blood money, lack of contentment in life. Why will u kill someone because of wealth which u will leave it here one earth, the Devil haz really got this people good. May God protect us from this abomination

not every killing is ritualistic , I seriously doubt if this is the work of a ritualist , there are sick people out there, saddists that get off on torturing people cos thats the only way they gain satisfaction, this killings has been carried out by the same person no missing parts of the lady reported just strangulation.

not every one u see neatly dressed is sane. this is a serial killer not ritualist, I would ask this ladies that keep falling victims don't they read the news

Does it mean that despite the previous protests, another lady still had the guts to follow someone to the hotel?

There is no way to sugarcoat this: Ladies need to be extra careful and stop following random men to hotels at least for now.

I am also wondering if he drugs the victims before killing them. Or does he hypnotize them? Or how come no one has heard screaming? The police should also confirm if there are struggle marks, bruises, thrashing in the rooms, semen in the girls (although their semi-clothed state would suggest otherwise. Are there a certain spec of girls chosen? They all seem tall, dark & slim.

Unfortunately, I do not think our police force is skilled enough to handle this. The hotels should also be questioned. Who booked the room the girls were found in? Their numbers, names etc. If two people came in and only one person left, did they find out about the 2nd person especially after the 2nd incidence?

It is really sad.

Are you the killer?

How did you come to the conclusion that those women were total strangers to the killer?

Even if they're total strangers does that mean they don't have a right to live?

Does NOT going to the hotel stop a deranged killer from been a killer? Or does that stop the risk we all face if that killer is still within us?

Daalu my brother. We can't see those activists who were busy struggling to paint NPF black simply cos they tried to discourage prostitution in Abuja. Now the Oloshos are being killed, no activist has come out to make a statement

Protest to the police headquarters and occupy the place. Let them explain to us how a serial killer could get away with ten murder and no tangible arrest so far!

That is the way people like you reason. While you have your say, allow others to speak their mind too. You are against the killing just like every reasonable person but at the same time there are other things that need to be discouraged, one of which is, going out with total stranger.
