Kaduna’s Governor Nasir El-Rufai is straight-up Nigeria’s most bigoted and most dangerous public official alive. In a Nov. 9, 2013 tweet, he called Goodluck Jonathan a “lazy, docile, incompetent, clueless, hopeless, useless leader” using a photo of him praying in a church for illustration.

Yet this man detains and torments people who criticize him. Abu Hanifa Dadiyata, a critic of his, just disappeared in Kaduna without a trace. Several other critics are in detention. And he recently threatened: “If you want to tweet anything about Kaduna be very careful because I’m watching…”

BTW, would he also use a photo of Buhari praying in a mosque to call attention to Buhari’s own quality of being a “lazy, docile, incompetent, clueless, hopeless, useless leader”? Buhari is certainly a far more “lazy, docile, incompetent, clueless, hopeless, useless leader” than Jonathan ever was. There’s a consensus among all right-thinking people that Buhari is Nigeria’s absolute worst leader since independence.

The makers of Titanic didn't think anything could sink it but it sank on it's first voyage.

Adolf Hitler thought he would conquer the world, but the world defeated him.

Idi Amin of Uganda didn't know he could be dislodged.

Sani Abacha thought he had it all figured out but he went.

"Foolish men have put trust in their own wisdom".

Elrufai, and his backers, think he has it all figured out but he will be shocked.

" This, too, will pass".

People like you are the actual problem with Nigeria. You have enough access to resource to have MB and while El Rufai is in the middle of a full genocide in southern Kaduna and his opponents are disappearing, which is unprecedented as a GOVERNOR. You're still not sure. People like this were not sure of Buhari despite Buhari already being overthrowing the government before and already doing everything he's doing now then.

I can't imagine another country where someone will be waging a genocide and other people in the same country won't be sure about it or not know, until i remember this is the same country that elected an openly bigoted homocidal former dictator with their own free will because 'he has changed'.

He was the same person practically crawling at the feet of Elzakzaky some years back when he was still in opposition. He even called the Nigeria Army genocidal when they clashed with Zakzaky's IMN. Guess who is the major adversary of the group now.

The modern day self-made Buharist once considered GMB as expired and unsellable.

He's not just the most dangerous but the most demonic being in government, a man who publicly boasted of compensating killers from Mali for killing his own people, how is he different from the the dreaded Boko Haram commandants . If Elrufa is not invited in Haque then it has no reason for it's existence.
Re: Nasir El-rufai: Nigeria’s Most Dangerous Politician Alive by LibertyRep: 6:57am On Aug 23, 2020
Buhari was called all sorts of names prior to 2015. He was (and is still) among other names called a religious fanatic, a tyrant, an ethnic jingoist etc. When he was repackaged and adorned a robe of a Messiah, it worked like a magic and the rest is history.

Elrufai may be a bad market down South but make no mistake, he has his audience he's appealing to and they're in the majority where he comes from.

All that's required is some 'willing tools' down south who are not scarce to come by.

So never say never.
