Gov. Umahi Sets To Complete Abakaliki City Mall In Less Than One Year(Photos)

Governor David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi State is set to complete the Abakaliki City Mall in less than one year he kicked off the building of the gigantic project, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV gathered that the Mall is one first of its kind in Nigeria and it is targeted at making Ebonyi state the center of attraction where all you want can be got at a snap of your finger.


In a statement made available to Igbere TV, Umahi's Special Assistant on New Media, Mr. Francis Nwaze said the project at 80% completion.

He said : "The Mega mall that is speedily springing up in Ebonyi State and everyone is talking about it"

"The Abakaliki Mega City Mall was started late 2018 by the Governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi and many were thinking that it was going to be a many years project or a campaign strategy to get the votes of the masses, but few months later, after the much talked about election, Ebonyians saw it coming to reality."

"The mall is unarguably the first of its kind in Nigeria and it is targeted at making Ebonyi state the center of attraction where all you want can be got at a snap of finger. When the St. Margaret Umahi International market becomes functional in few weeks time, the Ebonyi International Airport is completed and put to use with the several Industrial Parks that is coming forth in the state, then, Governor Umahi must have achieved his aim which is making Ebonyi the best among all the best."

Wish these guys could borrow us this man for a month and have Ortom. Ebonyi has been in the news lately for all the good reasons.

If u knw abakaliki well dis projects re misplaced priorities and equally avenue for looting,the international market is yet to be occupied at the cos of 2m-4m per store, and your building a mall, umahi and abakpa market traders has been at logger head because he forcefully want to evict them from there shops and relocating them to international market, 90% of bizness pple at abakpa market has capital of 1million or less, the ecuminical centre am yet to see how much or jobs it has added to the growth of the state

You are right bro, especially on that ecumenical project. However, I support the movement of the traders to the new market, although the price of shops is as high as Bleep!! But nothing comes free, or easy.
