The People Democratic party (PDP) presidential candidate in the just concluded general election, march 2019, Atiku Abubakar has condole with the Ekaette family and the Akwa ibom state Government on the death of chief Ufot Ekaette.

Atiku sent his condoles message via his twiter handle described chief Ufot as man who has served Nigeria in diverse roles with dedication and integrity.

The tweet reads “Chief Ufot Ekaette served Nigeria in diverse roles with dedication and integrity. His footprints shall remain indelible. On behalf of my family and associates, I condole with the Ekaette family & Akwa Ibom State Govt on the loss of this patriot. May his soul rest in peace. -AA”
