Good morning guys. I need to buy a Xiaomi for my cousin from AliExpress. But tht last time I bought phone on AliExpress Customs charged me almost 13k.
I want to know if anybody has bought phone on AliExpress of recent, did you have to pay custom duty?

I've never ordered from AliExpress before but I've hung around on nl long enough to have an idea. It's something about asking the seller to declare the item as an accessory. Better yet, just go through noobody and save yourself the stress.

Bought a phone of 133k from aliexpress and was charged only N500 for custom duty. Go to xiaomi thread or xiaomi market thread and contact nobody, he was the one that helped me and he's very humble.
