Hi All, Does anyone know how long the Administrative review takes for the UK visa, I got denied for the Tier 1 in September and I applied for a Review, Nway its been 30 days and I have not heard anything. I hear it takes 28 days or less. I am just a bit worried. I applied in Lagos and did the Administrative review to in Lagos. nWAY, I'm VERY WORRIED. Can someone tell me if there have had a similar experience, thanks. |

Tier 1 Visa Admin review could take more than 28 days in fact on most occasions it takes an average of 40 days, I'll advise that you should be patient and hope for the best. However, the success of your review will depend on whether your initial refusal was due to errors or non compliance with immigration rules on the part of the ECO or errors/non compliant with the immigration rules on your part. |
