My question is should this happen in Nigeria.
If yes, are they any laws that needs to be made to make this happen.

Will it encourage street begging or stop street begging.

Wasn't that a step in the right direction? Or is it not after putting them in school first, you talk of integrating them effortlessly into the educational system? Or they want to do it the usual Nigerian way of talk on paper with nothing to show in reality?
