Now it is evident why this government or the incoming government must embark on a compulsory database capturing of all Nigerians regardless of their social status and location. The National census board, the National Population Commision as well as the National Identity Management Company (NIMC) can handle this task. It is a matter of great urgency if corruption cases such as this one will be eliminated. Imagine there was a database of all retirees, there won't be the silly idea of travelling around for biometric capturing/identification.
