I have read a lot of their books but my best is definitely 7 habits of highly effective people. John C. Maxwell is an authority in leadership but none of his books is as good as 7 Habits of highly Effective People.   |

One preaches about influence while the other communicate personal and organization efficiency. I like them both, but if i really have to choose...I'll go for John C Maxwell |

from where i stand i can't compare both due to the fact that i have only read john c maxwell's books,but maxwell is quite good, i follow him on twitter,facebook and his official site. i must say he is remarkable..  |
