Oyo State House of Assembly, on Thursday passed the state anti-open grazing bill into law against the threat by herdsmen. The bill was passed to law within 24 hours after some Fulani herdsmen in the state threatened to sued the State House of Assembly should it decline to rescind its decision to pass the bill into law. https://dailytells.com.ng/2019/10/24/oyo-passes-anti-open-grazing-bill/
