A 40-year-old Las Vegas hotel cleaner won a child support battle against a 28-year-old millionaire who she never slept with.

you are partly right bro...actually, it depends on a few things....
A) some condoms are coated with spermicide while other aint...spermicide automatically kill the sperm.
B) if the condom (without spermicide) is tied up and thrown in a warm environment, the sperm can live for a good 30mins (or more)

thus the above scenario is possible.... what is IMPOSSIBLE, would be for the women who does this to win a case against the dude. what she did is no better than artificial insemination, thus the man is NOT responsible and "legally" aint the father.

thats why its important to ALWAYS FLUSH DOWN THE CONDOMS!!!
