Michael Emenalo has been appointed Chelsea's assistant first-team coach following the departure of Ray Wilkins last week. Emenalo had been working as head opposition scout for the club since October 2007 but will now make the transition to coaching. http://www.google.com/hostednews/ukpress/article/ALeqM5iOZH498z4o71qarFCwznPJy1lGzw?docId=N0151061290101476527A |

Good! Good!! Good!!! Hope he becomes a premier league manager someday because Sammy Lee was Bolton's assistant manager when he was appointed as Newcastle's coach. Finidi was also recently appointed as chief scout for Real Betis |

Great news. The 94 class remains our best products to date. Keshi, Siasia, Amokachi, Finidi, Amuneke, and now Emenalo, all doing well in the coaching profession. |

Waoh, dat good news, av always known that the mix of guyz that represented us in 1994; were just like the best I have ever seen of the National Team. Got us into the world cup for the 1st time, ranked 5th in the world, and even after that, a good number of them are still relevant in the game. Congrats Emenalo. |

This is huge for Emenalo and Nigeria. Dude surely got some kpali there! If he has the kind of Goodluck's luck, he might become Chelsea mgr in no distant time Please, let the younger ones learn from this guy, you can combine education with professional sports and secure a brighter future when the legs are tired. |

That is one thing I like chelsea and arsenal for.they give opportunities to blacks who deserve it both on and off the pitch.unlike man utd where you cant really point to any african both on the pitch and certainly not among their backroom staff and or coaches. Big ups bro.Wish you all the best in there. |

am really happy for the guy and its actually refreshing to see a nigerian follow up a career coaching in a high profile club!!! bigups!! i pray he updates himself and garner the necessary coaching badges, for the future and who knows, could come back home and coach our moribund eagles, also , this says a lot abt the policy of chelsea as a club, EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES!!! unlike manutd (no pun intended) DISCLAIMER : I AM A BARCA FAN |

I wish him good luck but I hope he fails with Chelsea because if he succeeds, it will affect my team negatively, I hope d crisis in Chelsea continues, Up Gunners!bleep Chelsea!bleep Man Utd @gbengress1, i find it difficult that evil men like u still come out in the open. well, it is a natural law that whatsoever we wish others, that will definitely come back to us. i hope you ready to welcome whatsoever you wish emenalo in his efforts to succeed. @topic, i can't stop liking this chelsea for giving the black race what they having been missing in the round leather game. the signing of essien and drogba by chelsea opened a new chapter in the history of black players who have been seen as inferior to their white counterparts. today, a black man has been given a historical opportunity to assist one of the greatest coaches of this game as well as working in high place with one of the biggest clubs in the world. thank you roman, thank you chelsea and thank you ancelloti for accepting emenalo as i wish God that brought him this far to see him through. getting to this great height will put him in a pole position to coach the super eagles in the future as he will be bold enough to stand our big players having done that with bigger players at a bigger club and level. |
