Tony Parker has hit back at estranged wife Eva Longoria by filing his own divorce petition.

According to a US report, the NBA star filed divorce papers in Bexar County, Texas, just three days after Longoria made their split official in Los Angeles.

A celebrity news blog quotes the legal papers as stating: “The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

Longoria, 35, filed for divorce from 28-year-old Parker at Los Angeles Superior Court.

Reports claim the TV star called time on her marriage after discovering “hundreds of texts” from another woman on her husband’s phone.

US blogs have reported that the "other woman" is Erin Barry – the estranged wife of Parker’s former San Antonio Spurs teammate Brent Barry.
