First, sincerely when I watched the video yesterday I was confused. I didn't see any persona that looked like a DSS officer. I've once had an 'encounter' with DSS officers.
They escorted the corpse of a federal icon from Abuja to our village for burial. They arrived early in the night, witnessed the burial, shot guns in the air and drove off.

It was an intimidating experience. They were so organised and gallant. Their men were heavily built and their guns were sophisticated. No one in that video is similar to the typical DSS officer in my imagination.

Secondly, the word REVOLUTION that Sowore used is enough crime against him. I'm almost certain that if someone tried a tenth of such in the US he would be corpse in less than a month. Or at least be undead in Guantanamo.

Note: I'm opened to objective counter-arguments. If you rationally, objectively and politely debate my points then I'll listen to you. I'm willing to engage in intellectual debates.

But if all you have is insults and curses then expect no response from me.

Thanks for reading.

DSS is a secret service. They do not allow pictures be taken of their agents nor grant interviews and they certainly will not have come to your village shooting guns.

More importantly, they wear suits and plain clothes so you never know them. Masks too. DSS were in that video

You are 100% correct, there was no single DSS guy in the court, if DSS wants to arrest him I tell you all those guys cant stop them. They probably have the plans to pick him up. It's a game of the throne for 2023 you are seeing unfortunately you need to up your game for Naija youths/people to follow you. This can only earn a ministerial appointment in 2023 regime unless Sowore changes his strategy but then what do I know cos nothing is impossible.

Anyone claiming DSS did not pursue Sowore into the Court is either dss mole on PR, another paid assassin or a naive person in need of brain transplant.

So the Judge who had given Sowore an impossible bail condition before reducing it just panicked with his security and disfarahan for safety?

Lie or no lie, does it matter? Under what pretext have they re-arrested him within 24hours of his release (after weeks of blatant disobedience of court orders)?

I really don’t understand the rationale for pressing fresh charges by the DSS after a bail condition is met. It only looks like a torture situation to me, rather than meting out justice (more like saying: “you’ll rot in this jail”). It also looks like a mockery of the judicial system, and the system looks helpless against this ugly and despondent trend.

I hope these people know the table may turn one day.

seriously, i watched that video before even reading comments from lauretta onochie or the DSS. As i watched it, i struggled hard to find anyone that looked like a DSS personnel there. There was nothing that seemed to show that the DSS was within that court premises. I know the DSS quite well. They are too organized for such a childish and unprofessional show that i watched in that video. It now makes more sense to me that this whole arrest thing was a drama put up by Sowore and co.
There's more than one video in circulation

And you should tell what offense could have called for a rearrest immediately after court proceedings.

Ask yourself if such an arrest applies to reason

They are called the secret police for a reason, they don't wear uniforms and can be anyone. Plain clothes. Buhari used the same word against Jonathan's government... Criticism will always arise in every government, even the strongest president in the world doesn't use the FBI to harass the citizens... Yet he is the most abused president...
Buhari is a dictator, like it or not... He is what he is... He doesn't have a clue of what good governance is about... Very insensitive to the plight of the people. He can't even communicate with the people, he can't even rule over his own personal affairs... Let alone successfully lead a country.
The truth, this is not about PDP, APC or any political party, seeing it for what it is, buhari is probably the worst president, Nigeria has had in the history of the country... Used to think it was one of those military dicks, but now, I know it is the man who calls himself a reformed democrat scratch that, a dictator in civilian clothes....

The true revolution we should embark on is a solid decision not to sell your vote for a plate of meal but vote your conscience. Let's all make up our minds that your vote will no longer go to the highest bidder but to the candidate of your choice. And protect your vote.

Well, u said u are open to objective counter arguments. I have met DSS officials escorting to personel in Lagos, Abia and Abuja...I have walked into DSS office in Lagos at different intervals.

There are times they don't go out with guns, work as undercover operations and intelligence gathering.

I don't have an evidence to proof who are those 4 guys that presented themselves to arrest Sowore...who could it be than the DSS....Maybe u want us to assume they are APC thugs or the Presidential Cabal thugs or Government volunteer supporters cuz they ain't armed...Yet they have the gut to enter a law court, during proceeding to act in a Federal High Court....

Who does that without Federal might/ power?

I shared your view until I saw the video where the skirmish started from the hallway.. In that video, you could see Falana turn back when the commotion started. He burst into the room where Sowore was being held down by a Man in a suit. If you look at the video and followed it from the hallway into what I am guessing is the courtroom, you would see men with the DSS black vest all around the hallway leading to the room. From that video, it's hard to believe this version of events the DSS is putting forward.
