Is Neco the same as WAEC  You can convert qualifications from Nigeria anyway but it would not be recognised more than SSCE level achievement, there are agencies that do this for a small fee, can't remember off the top of my head though, if i remember, i will come back with the information or you could try the education section on NL. |

There are some schools that do not recognize NECO outside of Nigeria. In Canada I know Univerisity of Alberta and Grant MacEwan University do not recognize NECo apart from if things have changed in the past 2 years. |
