Yesterday A Federal Capital Territory High, FCT, Court (No.3) Maitama, presided over by Hon Justice Baba H. Yusuf, ruled on an ex-parte application filed by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC granting it the final forfeiture order against the Shehu Yar’Adua Foundation (centre).

Their combined debt tops out at N8.6bn over the decade. Now ICPC will have to sell the properties, without regard to their pedigree.

That's not correct.

Yaradua is dead. So those who manage the property ought to pay tax to the Government since it is a private property.

Besides, the property was definitely built with government money and the land allocated free to it.

This is APC and PDP matter. If you don't belong to any of the two, keep off. APC is PDP, and PDP is APC. No be me them go use settle. Our politicians are all one with a common agenda, to milk us and the country dry. But their failure is imminent.

You should have filed an Affidavit to Show Cause if you have issue with the tax accessment. That is what is required of the Centre.

It may have been built by Donations as you claim but as a Nigerian, I ask, Who are the Donors and What are their Source of Livelihood?
