Senator Shehu Sani has challenged General Danjuma to speak up following recent statement at Tribunal's Anniversary book launch.

To say Nigeria is sitting on many fault lines is an understatement. Every passing day we tend to get more divided despite many calls to mend fences, and get along as a truly united country. But then, even the much talked about 'unity' is said to have been an old scam meant to hold a particular part of the country, hostage.

The country is wrapped in secrecy so much that our current struggles as a nation, feels justifiable. But truth they say, no matter how long it's buried, will surely come out. And that's exactly what Nigeria is current experiencing.

Side talks aside, our old folks are finally beginning to spill the beans albeit subtly. We've had the likes of Obasanjo, Babangida and Gowon speak on national issues more often than usual, but the latest to send ripples across the social media space is General Theophilus Danjuma who is heavily part of Nigeria's chaotic history especially during the military era.

The former defense minister while speaking on Thursday, at a book presentation marking the 70th anniversary of the Nigerian Tribune, said Nigerians are in a 'big hole as a nation,' and that President Muhammadu Buhari is not here to rule the country, but rather, 'dominate us'.

Danjuma also said, nobody in the country would sleep, if he should reveal startling secrets about what is happening in Nigeria. This particular statement by the retired General, caught the attention of many Nigerians, and Senator Shehu Sani wants to know what's kept in the wraps by the former military General.

Sani in a reaction on Twitter, called on Danjuma to 'spill the 'ordourous, putrid Beans' and let the country burn if it may, rather than keeping secrets while the country suffers.

He said, "Dear Baba Gen TY,spill the ordourous, putrid Beans so that the snoring slumberland ‘will be awakened’ by the insomnia of its truth and of its reality."

Meanwhile, Danjuma challenged the Southwest to not allow themselves be cowed by the Buhari administration. He said: “In Yorubaland, everybody seems to have lost their voice, scared. And people appear not to care about what is happening. If I tell you what I know that is happening in Nigeria today, you will no longer sleep.

naso all this Coupist Generals they always behave.. everytime they always have explossive information especially when their oil bloc is about to be renewed, and Ipobians would quickly swallow it and hawk it like galla

Babangida did it for many years during Obasanjo's first and second term, Obasanjo did it during almost all military regime till abacha got tired and jailed him, he still continued on Jonathan, falsly assussing him of recruiting hired assasin in dubai

The only secret we want to know about TY Danjuma is how he became a billionare after retiring as mere Cheif of Army Staff, what he has done for middlebelt with all the crude oil he has being getting from Southern Nigeria through constant renewal of oil blocs to himself through his moles in PDP

I've got a secret to reveal and it is KARMA. So many innocent blood spilled on a daily without justice. So you think the many restless souls of innocent, powerless, frustrated, murdered, victims will allow such evil to go unpunished

Have you heard about Karma

What about the millions of Nigerians (Igbo's esp) killed by these military heads just years after independence? Till now they fight for justice and no one listens to them.

Nigerians are playing with fire in the form of God Almighty. He will destroy this country if we don't find our soul and show love to one another in our society.

Every last one of them, including those on here forming Ipob and afunja everyday, spoiling posts and otherwise constituting asses of themselves.

You know, these disappearances of folks that love calling for conflict extra perseveringly or that shout 'break up!' the loudest, intrigues me since they always disappear without trace during when conflict starts and are never anywhere near the ruins afterwards, whether on the ground or international media. I recall the period leading to Iraq and Libya conflict, so many Libyans and Iraqis where on Television, radio, forums, blogs, mags and so on calling for the Take Down of messrs Saddam Hussain and Gadafi. These conflict cheerleaders refused to heed the cautioning voices, and were all rabidly insistent that Iraq and Libya would become glittering democracies. In fact, when the voices of causation articulated unquestionably well these supporters of conflict would respond frustrated, hollering sentiments in the vein of , 'we don’t care if the country destroys, anything is better than how things are!'. Well, after war came and left Iraq and Libya bereft, these people disappeared into the wood-works, never seen since. You cannot find one willing to come answer how satisfied they are now with the reality of how things turned out in Libya. None of them are around, ghosts and shadows are even more conspicuous than them.

I am concerned about the 38 billion NASS want to spend. Let us see what needs to be changed. Ours schools are not important to them to warrant serious attention. However, people are not talking to show that they are not worried. We are more concerned about issues that don't affect our daily life infact I give up.
