The Yoruba newsmedia have lately been up in arms fighting against their darling president and Papa. Unfortunately for them, the man is a monster who doesn't care about what they write or say. He's not Goodluck Jonathan. They should relax and enjoy the next level, next year is going to be more bad and rough for them .

Nigeria's understanding of economic policy is to share money among friends and cronies through phoney contracts and jobs which add little or zero to the growths of the economy. How many of government workers or civil servants are adding any productivity to the economy of this country, but these people take 95% of our budgets each year? How can a country grow by paying people for just seating around in the office everyday and collecting fat salaries at the end of the month?

You should show where "The likes of budaatum thinks Nigeria economy is bad because the common man on the street is lazy" instead of showing how lazy you are in not comprehending buda.

If rice goes for 50k per bag, he will still cover for Buhari and blame the common man on the street.

I'm forced to conclude that all APC Supporters are bunch of idiots. It's like their brains have been evacuated. Their reasonings are upside down. And it baffles me how they mange not to know that they are acting like Idiots.

Because you blame every problem in Nigeria, not on the leader, who is the cause, but on the common man on the street, who is the victim.

The way you are always shifty in your stand shows you are some irresponsible fellow

Politicians earn too much. Let them start by cutting down their salaries. Do you know that Nigerian politicians earn the highest salaries among other countries politicians
Secondly, we need to diversify our Economy. It isn't only oil we should depend on. *By the way, closing the border helps promote our products within the country and gradually, in other countries.

The first is imperative. Nigeria doesn't need full time politicians at this stage in its development. You're asking for trouble by instituting such a system.

The average man on the street is the reason why politicians are able to do the nonsense that they do in Nigeria. They take the petty trinkets from politicians to turn a blind eye, or vote. They pay the bribes for public services. They even elicit bribes themselves in their day-to-day lives.

They may be the victim but they are also the problem.

Leaders don’t elect themselves or fall from the sky into their offices: they are elected by that very “common man” who allows himself to be blinded to all considerations of ideology, intellect and track record by tribal/religious nonsense. Nigeria’s masses have exactly the sorts of venal and incompetent leaders they deserve.

They may be the victim but they are also the problem.

The kinds of threats people like Oluomo, the Lagos thug, threw around during the past election showed that the common man is helpless. He either do their will or die.

The supreme Court also renders the common man helpless.

The common man isn't the villains here, but the victim.

Many a common man knows and wants to do good, but the elite always keeps him in check via threat of every kind. Hence his decision to keep quiet or join them if he can't beat them.

The APC people criticized our debt before coming to power as crippling but want to increase it to the high heavens themselves. God help us.

The leader is not the cause of every problem in Nigeria, and thinking he is is actually lazy thinking in itself, just as calling me shifty and irresponsible without knowing me at all is lazy too.

But even more lazy is blaming the leader for your laziness. I'll call that the ultimate lazy fuq!
