“The minister is trying to speak with the Chinese government to have a record of Chinese in Nigeria. It would be easier to get details through their embassy here. This allows us to know those who are milking our resources dry. You guys dont have your own records? Lol you can only imagine what's going happen when visa on arrival starts. 48 Likes 3 Shares |

I saw a whole lot of them today in Abuja travelling to Sokoto for their illegal mining business. The funniest thing is that they get police protection with armed escorts ravaging our environment mining these solid minerals worth billions of dollars. The federal government have always turned blind eyes or have been barking without bitting because they have collaborators in government and business circle. Nigeria dependant on oil has dwarfed our government's brain such that they don't think of any other means of earning hard currency except for Niger delta oil. Dont worry...e go soon finish and everybody eyes go clear. 76 Likes 3 Shares |

adolfHitler1934: The federal government been barking about this special mining taskforce for 3 years and counting. They aren't interested in tackling situation like Ghana where you read about an arrest twice a month at least. The funnist part is journalist find these illegal mining opperation and the local police always feign ignorance. After all the reports written about Osun you would expect mass arrest. The people enable these criminals in their domain aswell. Nobody cares until their drinking water is polluted with lead. 36 Likes 1 Share |

A lot of Chinese , Indians labanese are all over south west , and northern part of Nigeria colonizing them in the name of foreign investments , While 95% of the investments in south east are owned by south east indigenes but the afonjas will always boast of investiments owned by Indians , Lebanese and Chinese in Yoruba land, they will cry in the future 20 Likes |

He also told our correspondent that the ministry is aware that some police officers compromise. But with “our special team who are already across all states, we will curb the economic crime.” Offer the illegal miners plea deals if they snitch on the police. The cops facilitating this need to rot. It will be interesting how far their scheme goes up the chain of command. They're playing with tax revenue. 2 Likes

Some Almajiris in NL once said "your Niger Delta Oil resources is our resources but our mineral resources is our (North) resources" So nothing would be done to discontinue this as it's a sign of Victory over Southern Nigerians that northern individuals own both ND oil blocs and all of northern solid mineral resources too. 1 Like |
