Barely a week after the murder of a PDP ward Chairman, Paul Onomuakpokpo in Olomu, gunmen have reportedly sniffed life out of a member of the PDP social media team in Abraka.

The deceased simply identified as Ovie Wisdom Iroro was dragged out of his house around 10pm on Wednesday night to a nearby bush and shot him to death.

Although sources within the university community revealed that the victim, a serving Youth Corps member and a father of two boys was alleged not to have honored a business transaction with suspected Internet fraudsters, Focus Naija learnt that the chairman of Ethiope East LGA, Chief (Mrs) Faith Majemite has contacted the Divisional Police Officer in Abraka to launch a manhunt for the killers and bring them to book.

As at the time of filing this report, his corpse has been removed and deposited at the mortuary.
