At about 0227hours yesterday Anambra Fire service received a distress call of a petrol tanker Fire at Onitsha carrying 15,000 litres of PMS (PETROL). The fire started at about 0220hours (2.20am). It happened at Isiokwe by MCC opposite mountain of Fire Ministry Onitsha.

Immediately, Anambra fire service deployed our 5 Fire trucks and firefighters to the fire scene led by our Director/Chief Fire Officer, Engr Martin Agbili (AGILITY).

The fire which was caused by an electric fault at the engine is now under control. No casualty as no life was lost.

EXCELLENT!

LET THEM USE NIGHT TO MOVE PETROL AROUND.

NO TOO MUCH HEAT FROM SUN.

NO TOO MUCH PEOPLE AROUND.

IN CASE OF FIRE, LET THE RECKLESS DRIVER SUFFER IT ALONE.

IGBO PEOPLE LIVES MATTER.

ANAMBRA MUST ENFORCE THE TIME BAN AT BRIDGE HEAD, ONITSHA AND WORK WITH SURROUNDING STATE TO ENSURE THE BAN IS EFFECTIVE.

WE DONT WANT TO HEAR, ONE PERSON WAS BURNT TO DEATH.

LET THAT SAD TALE BE BEHIND US.

I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THAT FOR MANY YEARS, HUNDREDS WILL BURN EACH YEAR AND NOTHING WAS DONE UNTIL RECENTLY.

Anambra can boast of well equipped fire service, kudos to the state government for being proactive.
Abia state cannot even boast of fire extinguisher in Govt house, Okezie Ikpeazu is just wasting the time of Abia people and Justice Tanko declared him winner while Ihedioha was removed. Nonsense and ingredients
