Supreme Court Upholds Tambuwal's Election As Sokoto Governor by AkachiNwog: 10:11am On Jan 20, 2020
The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the appeal of the All Progressive Congress and its candidate, Ahmed Aliyu, challenging Aminu Tambuwal of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as governor of Sokoto State.

The seven-member of the apex court , in a unanimous judgement on Monday, dismissed the appeal for lacking in merit.

Justice Uwani Abba-aji read the judgement.

This is expected owing to the outcry of last week's blunder.
However, I still think it will have been much easier for Tambuwal election to be void than that of Ihedioha.
Fourth position later coming first is still a mystery to me.

Nice one, now PDP will not say that our democracy is under attack, foolish people, they fail to realize that winning court cases is dependent on the brilliance and competence of lawyers you hire to work with you... Any little mistake, can cost you your case, so it happened in Imo and kano
