I have been experiencing poor Internet service from 9mobile for a couple of days. I thought is my location Ojodu Ikeja to be precise. Even their 4GLTE that is as fast as light crawles like injured snail. I received message from customer care service apologizing for poor internet service. Apology is accepted anyway, but will they compesate for poor service experienced the way MTN did? See the message below
