Abia state should tow the part of other universities who will not allow an outsider come and tarnish the image of their school all because he was appointed vice chancellor .

She probably want to finish her undergraduate program first, then proceed to foreign nation for msc program. she dey 300l already. going abroad to continue as an undergraduate doesn't make sense.
