I understand you perfectly, but is the equipment still necessary in 2020, we have had publicised arm deals procurement between 2016 and now.. the service chiefs has had series and series of meetings with the president, we have had change of IGP an Election etc... why an MOU of 2016?

Sure, it is very relevant. Do not forget how we were told that boko haram had been d,"destroyed", "degraded" and all the failed words and assurances. Who knows the extent the equipnents would have helped with the war if they were unhindered by thus Kyari of a man.

Both of us cannot know more than Buhari's wife, who right from the beginning never hid workings in the presidency.

Buhari must set aside sentiments and take control of security as he promised. Nigeriabs voted him believing that he possessed the "political will" to deliver. Do you know without concealing the truth that Nigeria is worse off now than pre 2015?

Let the Revelations keep coming, you can't run a country on propaganda and deceit.
Now they have no one to blame let them expose their secrets

Assistant director in Asso rock murdered, national assembly now leaving in fear, Ameachi attacked in kaduna...etc
Do we still need another confirmation that the security of this country is in danger

Kyari may not be anyone's favourite but:

The bolded quote goes to show the NSA is more interested in the Lucrative contract memo of 2016 from a particular company rather than Nigerians whom actually need the equipments for security.

How many budgets have been passed since 2016 that the NSA is still pursuing a contract memo of 2016 rather than ensuring other options of getting the equipments.

For four years he could not get the president to sign another memo or assent to another contract, but insisting on the 2016 memo, something does not add up.

The story is one sided.

If you like *sleep with kyari* all that we care. I believe you are one of those been paid regularly to keep defending the ineptitude of this useless government

That means you do not understand how some arms deals operate. Do you know that some arms deals handled by GEJ's administration were delivered in PMB's administration? Do you know that a deal reached by PMB in 2018 with USA for 12 Tucano jets will be delivered in 2024? Let us even assume according to you, it was overlooked over these years, is it ever too late to do the right thing? Especially with the spike in insecurity and violence across the country? Oga the bottom line here is, how does a COS override a president's instruction and commitment with a foreign counterpart
you guys should stop responding to that guy. He is being paid by the government. Anybody schooled knows contracts that bothers on international relations are not done overnight even with express order from the president, so he is just trying to be sleek and playing on few people's knowledge on the time passed before the memo was raised . when bomb falls on one of his relative or one beheaded by this terrorist he will not come online to wail if he does he will use a different moniker so let that young man be. He knows what he is doing

Like I said the story is one sided, if you had an iota of being inquisitive, you would ask why the pursuit of a contract memo of 2016 in 2020 when there is a four year gap difference to seek even if it's another memo with different terms from the president.

Why that exact memo of 2016 and from that particular company with blackmail of relationship ties as far back as 2016.

He took his time to explain to you still you refused to understand. Is Abba Kyari paying you to defend him?

I think this a leaked memo and not a new issue. It shows there's an element of Truth in the allegations that Abba kyari has dominated the administration of governance in the country. Problem is nothing seems to be working.

Honestly, we are just not interested. It is the results we look at. They can choose to either dance or fight to get them.

He was not aware for 4 years?... which then begs to ask how necessary was this equipment to Nigerians that it eluded four annual budgets..

All the parties that needed the equipments could not have mentioned to him about the status of the equipments until after 4 years, a change of IGP, an election etc...

Come on... think

Did he say the equipments had not been purchased?
He gave an instance/example of how the COS usually override the directives of the president.
That brings us to the point to ask if the president is actually fit for office?
Why will kyari be the one taking decisions for him?
