this is a good business but most people don't have knowledge of it....planting of cash crops like palm oil tree is a good idea.. most of them are not even up to 10yrs, with a single harvest, one could generate all the money one had invested.

If I were you, Ill start an affiliate marketing as a side hustle. If you work hard (Im sure you can if you already hustle to this level), you can make the money back quickly.
