The former Minister of Aviation and Culture, Femi Fani-Kayode has just this evening taken to his Twitter handle to send a message to all who are fighting and opposing the unity of the south even as expressed through the security outfit, Operation Amotekun using the sad story of Isaac Boro.

Recall that Major Isaac Adaka Boro was a one time commissioned officer of the Nigerian Police who played a great role in uniting the country just shortly after the 1966 coup d'etat shook the recently independent country of Nigeria.

However, in 1968 he was suddenly killed by a single bullet whose source remains unknown till date somewhere at Ogu town, in Rivers state, though some sources still believe that he was allegedly eliminated by the government.

And so, recalling these events of over 50 years, the former spokesman to former president Olusegun Obasanjo, Femi Fani-Kayode has reminded all who have failed to appreciate the budding unity of the southern people the mysterious death of this great Nigerian Patriot, Isaac Boro.

It is ironic that the same Isaac Boro that led the Fed. forces against Biafra & fought to keep Nigeria one was himself executed by the Nigeria that he loved so dearly.This is food for thought for all those lost & misguided souls that fail to appreciate the imp. of southern unity.
