You don't have to blame the court , somebody took an issue to them, afterall, the chairman is a party to the issue...Oshobaba fails to put his house in order , reason for court settlement , trust him, Baba Buhari will never bother mostly now that he has gotten his second term.

Obaseki IMUNI TI ( above order) governor going to court to ask the judge to remove Oshiomole the party Chairman and the court is dancing to his request. Ask, at what cost? your guess is as equal as mine.
