Sufficiency for a people, is not an easy feat to achieve giving the complexity in governance and the rising needs of the people. Nevertheless the atmosphere of sufficiency can be created when a government is able to keep up with a vast expectations of it's people.

For such to be experienced, it simply means the helm of government and affairs must be driven by one who know his onions, to effective impact on the lives of citizens directly and indirectly.

Dr. Pius Odubu, is no stranger to governance, who has overtime, constantly acquainted himself on the necessities to drive the needed course in governance aimed at generating sufficiency among the people which in turn possesses the criteria needed to develop the state.

A viable tool to the creation of sufficiency in governance has remained the ability for government to create an enabling environment in the state, one that can be considered healthy and fit for businesses to thrive in, which also creates room for the presence of investors in the state.

The incumbent government in Edo, had a very shallow concept on the matters of creating a state of sufficiency and enabling environment, which became very visible with officials of the government, chiefly the governor, who moved round a couple of countries, with specificity to China, investing alot of state resources to sign M.O.U pacts, where alot of them happened to have gone down the drain as their manifestations never saw the light of the day.

Creating an enabling environment, evolves around properly engaging the teeming number of unemployed youths in profitable ventures characterized by transparency, provision of working security network, the investment in critical infrastructures such as roads, health care, rural-electrification projects, establishment of affordable housing units, pipe borne water, e.t.c

Among the criterias capable of impacting the people, Dr. Pius Odubu, has niped a very vital one, which concerns the effective engagement of citizens, irrespective of their diverse capacities, societal bearing, gender and other human assessment yardsticks, in his resolve to run an all inclusive government, that will judiciously harness the diversity of Edo people, to build the state.

The aspirations of Dr. Pius Odubu, is centred on the need to transform the lives of the people, in accordance with their wishes and expectations, to give Edo a facelift. Nevertheless Dr. Odubu, requires the support of every Edo person/citizen, home and in diaspora, who desires a prosperous state, to key into this aspirations by inputing their quota, to ensure that this project becomes a reality for the good of Edo state.

Dr. Pius Odubu, is a front line aspirant in the Edo 2020 governorship elections, under the All Progressives Congress (A.P.C), also the immediate past Deputy Governor of Edo state and a two time member of the Federal House Of Representatives.
