This is one of the multiple estates in New-Owerri.

New-Owerri is an area of Owerri that used to be a bush just 10 years ago.

Today, New Owerri is rapidly developing with multiple estates springing up.

This video shows one of such estate.

Rochas actually started out very good but he lost focus when he started pursuing presidential ambitions and left the party that brought him to power which was APGA.
