Was expecting this. It just did not make any sense with the lockdown, corona, increased VAT and all. Not to mention the horribly epileptic power supply in the last few months. Most importantly, prepaid meters really need to be made available. Unless all these issues are addressed , any increase, even in July as proposed will be met with serious resistance 19 Likes 2 Shares |

People paying for darkness. And you worthless organisation want to increase the cost of darkness, it will never be well with the person or group that did this to Nigeria. A country well blessed, yet, it's citizens live like puppets 32 Likes 1 Share |

Better!!! With the current realities on ground. A country where citizens pay more even in darkness. We are still struggling with 12 hours constant electricity and we want to be the African powerhouse in industrial and economic development. Same applies to pipe borne water and other basic amenities. I keep asking if we will ever overcome all these, even if a new government comes in. |

We thank our darling daddy Buhari for this. Even though he has failed miserably on corona because he was waiting for our darling MTN Sim card daughter to come back from UK and our darling uncle Kyari from Germany before closing the border 11 Likes |

These people think they have sense. They know Nigerians are really suffering right now due to the lockdown so they increase it. As soon as Nigerians complain they suspend it (only to increase it permanently in July). So we'll clap for them to say they have tried for suspending it when the tariff shouldn't have been increased in the first place. 7 Likes |

The person that proposed this increase around this time should be sacked without benefits for putting the people through emotional distress. Just as I said earlier this country is the most wicked thing that has ever happed to human mind by even suspending this wickedness to July this year. Las las the people go get sense!!! 2 Likes |
