As Western countries battle with their own domestic epidemic,a newly stabilized China seizes the chance to portray itself as the emerging super power. Will it work?

The Serbian President,Aleksander Vucic in a press conference bluntly named which countries Serbia could count on for support and which ones it couldn't. At the top of this list was no any European country or US despite Serbia's long-standing goal to join the European Union but China,the country where the new virus originated.

Beijing,the capital of China now ships sorely needed medical supplies and doctors worldwide including to Italy and Iran,two of the countries hit hardest outside of China.

Where is the EU and USA?

The Chinese government is trying to establish itself as a global hero that saved many people both in and outside China. On the other hand, America is not investing enough resources to help it's traditional allies and friends and not investing enough in this narrative war.

China is very good at grasping opportunity to move forward and showing they are doing the right thing when other countries are distracted.

Besides Serbia,Italy the nation currently hit most besides China has seen Chinese gears and experts arrive. Jack Ma the billionaire founder of the Chinese e-commerce site Alibaba has sent test kits and masks to African countries and even the United States of America.

What do you think about this,isn't it obvious that China is trying to take over the United States as the super power?
