Orji Uzor Kali has been absent from office for 3 months and a day today. Why haven't he been impeached?

I thought Constitution stipulates no Elected official should be away for more than 3 months?

You don't impeach a Law Maker, he can only be recalled by his constituents. Besides, no law stipulates that a law Maker can be recalled after being absent for 3 months.

Is a convict suppose to be employed Not to talk of holding such high and sensitive position undecided

You don't impeach a Law Maker, he can only be recalled by his constituents. Besides, no law stipulates that a law Maker can be recalled after being absent for 3 months.
You can see why our constitution is so useless. So his constituency can continue to suffer no representation?? When critical deliberations of allocations of infrastructure and other purposes are being debated in the floor will they allocated some to someone who is absent

Only his constituency can recall him. What they have to do is to just write Inec. And if inec not response they can take them to court.
