COVID-19 EXCLUSIVE: Why LUTH Staffs Think The CMD, Chris Bode, Is Endangering Lives News reaching NAIJANEWSNG has revealed that the medical staffs of LUTH are not happy with the latest action of the Chief Medical Director of LUTH, Professor Chris Bode, who converted the newly renovated B Block to a COVID-19 isolation centre. Their anger stems from the fact that this B block is in the middle of critical blocks like A and C blocks which could fast track the spread of Coronavirus in the whole of Lagos University Teaching Hospital. A Block is a medical ward where Diabetic patients, patients with Hypertension, Renal Failure , Stroke are treated. While C Block is a Gynec Ward where pregnant women, Cancer patients, babies who have not been immunised are cared for.
