Hi guys, please my sister just got possessed and bought a ladies bike (She doesnt know how to ride oo). The name is SYM and they told her it can go interstate (speedometer stops at 140). its slightly bigger than the normal ladies bike and it is automatic transmission. What are the required documents for her to use and ride from lagos to ibadan without police issue and how much is it? I looked online and i was seeing 3k here, 600 naira there, 1200 naira for something else. I went to motor vehicle registration office today and they said 25k.. talking hackney permit and so on. please advice us. Her bike looks like this pic .. not exactly this bike but very similar
