In other hand, news just came in that Mr Abba Kyari will have a private funeral

That doesn't means his body will be released to his family

At best, the funeral would just be the imam, and a few members of the family, and the people doing the burying.

What I suspect, is that the family members and imam would be 2 meters away from the corpse at all times., and the chaps burying the corpse would be dressed in PPE , as well as anyone handling the corpse.

I'm not also surprised they told well wishers not to visit. As much as possible, keep people away.

Finally, even if no measures were announced, would anyone want to go near the funeral?? And run the risk of falling ill??
