They have no idea what a ventilator is. How do you wean a patient off of the box they have? Ventilator parts are as intricate as the electronic components in a car. It is not just about pushing air into the lungs. It calculates the airway pressure, administers PEEP, etc and has alarms to trigger in the event of any of the set parameters not met. These fellows are looking for someone to kill.

If you can't make the machine to world standard and proper calibration then don't make at all before you kill people.

There are different types of ventilators, each helpful for different respiratory issues...
These seem like noninvasive ventilators, which are different from the invasive types that are prevalent in ICUs.
