When the map of Nigeria is redesigned

Let state governors build on the resources of the states and see if indigenes will not return to their respective states
Every state in Nigeria has a resource to boast if that that sustain the state well enough..
Since the federal have failed

At the age when the youths will stop with their stupid Ipobing, Afonjaing, Almajiring, etc. and begin to forge alliances, partnerships, and friendships that transcend ethnicity, state of origin, religion or tribe just like the old papa's.

The old folks understand all these and have seen how it isn't commonplace among today's youths hence, their saying " we ain't ready for leadership or that we are lazy youths".

You can see how Onyeama and Kyari had been friends for over 40 years, FFK and Kyari alike. Oshiobaba nko? Na the same.

They also marry across borders to these effects.

Una welldone. grin

Yes it will happen when political position and appointments become based on merit and capabilities rather than on nepotism and tribalism.

When our youths set their priorities right and stop all the tribal, religious and political affiliation sentiments..

Nigeria will be great again the day we drop our differences and scream her name loud with one voice..

Till then man!..
