after my sec sch I was teaching in a private school, an inspector of police took interest in me and I told him I love to be a police man.

I left class that fateful day and met my father getting dress for work. I told him I wanto join the police force, he said No, I need to be a graduate

6 years later, I applied to Police specialist recruitment as a graduate. it was war and blood.

I never became my dream ....... parents should encourage a listening ear and pray with their kids.

There will always be the 'some' doing better than a lot.

But sincerely in a developing economy like ours, traditional educational is the most guaranteed path to economic success. There are those who can/will make it without a university education but These people would have to demonstrate equal/more than the amount of focus /commitment required for education.

Education (the way it is done now) seems like time wasting in many of our schools. Many things that can be done in 3/4 yrs are blown up to 4/5 yrs unnecessarily.

God help us.
